Package Your Item
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all VELO tags and original packaging intact.
Ship Back
Once your request is approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to our designated warehouse address using a traceable courier service.
Quality Check & Refund
After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7-10 business days.
